You don't need perfect writing — type in Hindi, English, or a mix, whatever feels natural. The first time you message us, we'll simply ask which language you're most comfortable with — reply in your own words, and we'll keep replying in that language from then on.

Need a different team member to update the website?
Only approved phone numbers can update your website. If someone new joins your team, add their number from the dashboard.

Go to your NGO Sathi dashboard.

Open Settings → WhatsApp
This is where you manage phone numbers.

Add the new phone number
Use the full country-code format, for example +91XXXXXXXXXX.

Keep or suspend older numbers
Turn off numbers for people who shouldn't edit the website anymore.
Access rule
Any active number can update your website. Turn off a number if someone should no longer have access.

Do I need to learn special commands?+
No. Just type what you want, in your own words. There's nothing to memorise.
Can I use Hindi, Hinglish, Bengali or Punjabi?+
Yes! Use Hindi, Hinglish, Bengali, Punjabi, or English — even mixed together. Whatever feels natural to you.
Can I send a voice note instead of typing everything?+
Yes. You can type, send a voice note, or send a photo. Explain it however is easiest for you.
Can WhatsApp change only homepage cards?+
No. WhatsApp can change the whole page, not just the small card on your homepage — like a longer paragraph or a new headline.
What if I want to add more detail later?+
That's completely normal. Your website is just a starting point. Add more anytime — new activities, more people helped, better photos.
Can more than one team member update the website?+
Yes. Just add their phone number from the dashboard. The steps are below.
